Role: InfoLease Consultant

Location: Birmingham, AL

Interview Mode: Skype/Telephonic

Duration: Open for full-time and contractor both

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Hands on Experience in Vendor financing, Loan, Lease Process, Supplier Financing/Factoring/Reverse factoring.
  • Proficient on the InfoLease platform
  • Validate loan and lease modifications, deferrals, non-accruals, adjustments, and maintenance
  • OEM Relationship Management
  • Regular Meeting with OEMS and Sourcing leads
  • Perform daily cash balancing and posting journal entries to the General Ledger
  • Provide support to line of business by processing and researching participated and syndicated business loans and leases
  • Perform maintenance for maturing contracts monthly
  • Conduct vendor negotiation and selection, in conjunction with procurement, and performs overall management, if so then establishes contracts with vendors and defines work flows, jobs and reporting relationships
  • Help develop a strategy to proactively penetrate the SME segment/ Lead Management
  • Undertake a review existing lease underwriting process.
  • Train lease and credit officers in proper SME lease due diligence, sales and client management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree required accounting, finance, economics, math or other business concentration, or equivalent work experience.
  • MBA preferred or Certified Lease and Finance Professional
  • At least 4 - 8 years working experience in program development, financial services, and sales/originations in equipment leasing/structured finance
  • Proven track record of structuring lease and originations proposals
  • In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, to include IFRS and tax accounting
  • Strong business skills with exceptional financial knowledge
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels, working cross functionally.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, oral and written communication skills
