Job Description:Position Duties:
  • Engage in eXtreme Agile practices including but not limited to pair programming, Test Driven Development (TDD), backlog grooming, sprint demos and Continuous Integration
  • Develop with various technologies including Pivotal Cloud Foundry/AZURE/AWS, microservices, JAVA
  • Collaborate directly and continuously with product managers and business partners to release early at market speed and geared towards a business and user value driven approach.
  • Develop and automate unit and integration test scripts
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools and best practices, using Dynatrace, Grafana, and Splunk
  • Strong understanding of system and application performance tuning
  • Knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Azure and PCF cloud tools
  • Knowledge of professional software best practices for a full software development lifecycle
  • Experience with critical 24x7 systems
  • Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery and Test Driven Development

    • Technical Skills:

    Must Have:
    • Language: More than 5 years - Java, Java 8 functional programming
    • Framework: More than 3 years - Spring Framework experience (reactive, boot, mvc)
    • Software craftsmanship: More than 3 years - XP Programming techniques (paired programming, TDD/BDD, CI/CD)
    • Platform: Experience with cloud architecture (PCF/Azure/AWS)
    • IoT: Spring cloud stream framework
