- Managing the entire project lifecycle from project definition/scope through implementation
- Working with Stakeholders from different tribes to complete milestones associated with FedRAMP program
- Managing daily tasks, managing cross alliance dependencies/risks across FedRAMP Tech requirements
- Employing project management methodologies and tools, like MS Project
- Identifying, coordinating, and managing resources and key stakeholders for project
- Ensuring effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project
- Managing all communication plans, training and documentation
- Delivering projects on time, at/under budget and within scope
- Communicating project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Representing infrastructure initiatives in broader program management community discussions and collaborative groups
- 6+ years of experience in Project Management
- Experience working with Project Management tools such as: MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio
- Prior experience working in a security/compliance/government environment is required (PCI, GDPR, etc.) is a plus but not required
- Experience with FedRAMP initiatives and regulations is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills
