Position OverviewThe mission of the Albertsons Shopping Experience Digital Labs team is to leverage digital technologies to offer customers an easy, exciting, and friendly ecommerce shopping experience. We begin with a comprehensive view of our customers, from who they are, why they are here and what they like and then ideate solutions we can quickly test on and off our owned platforms.The Project Manager will work with the Director of Digital Labs Execution Strategy and Analytics to support Albertsons' Store of the Future project and the roll out of next generation customer experiences (i.e., meals, recipes, bulk purchasing, specialty items, etc.) that serve to drive incremental revenue, increased basket size, improved customer retention, and next generation customer growth. A successful candidate is a team player, organized, a strong written and oral communicator, and has great attention to detail.The grocery industry is underdeveloped in ecommerce, and this person will help expedite our path to establishing Albertsons as an industry leader. There are very few places where you can have this much customer and business impact and help shape the future of e-commerce. If you're up to the challenge, we'd love to talk to you!Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support Director with the execution strategy for rolling out new customer experience pilots.

Work with the business partners and leads to ensure alignment to the scope of the project / program and overarching strategy.

Execute project management for cross-functional projects as defined by Director and business partners.

Develop and maintain project plans for each project / program at the proper level of detail to adequately track and report on progress.

Develop and maintain actions/issue/risk logs for each initiative to appropriately track project/programs actions, issues, and risks to resolution / mitigation. Identify and escalate critical issues and risks to Director in a timely manner to facilitate a mitigation plan.

Collaborate with functional teams to ensure all deployment activities are known to the operations and other affected parties.

Provide project teams with agendas and meeting minutes.

Provide clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Effectively identify and manage day-to-day priorities to support the demands of the business.

Act as a champion of change management, demonstrating flexibility and driving sustainability.

Be a part of the team inventing the "tomorrow" of the grocery industry.

Qualifications:5+ Years of experience in project management for ecommerce, retail, consumer packaged goods, finance

Bachelor's Degree Required Finance, Business, Engineering; MBA preferred

Demonstrated success leveraging data to drive business results

Strong ability to develop structured frameworks and approaches AND innovative thinking to solve ambiguous problems in a fluid environment

Analytical thinker with ability to drive metrics and benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement in process and results

Excellent listening, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills

Effective time management skills: ability to prioritize, delegate and meet deadlines

Extremely organized and ability to follow through on deliverables

A sense of humor and ability to work while having fun

Excellent written/verbal/communication/collaboration skills

Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and knowledge of project management tools
