Commercial Drywall Finisher

Now Hiring - Commercial Drywall Finisher but willing to learn/do other work

We are a local Commercial General Contractor that handles a variety of trades in house.

We primarily focus on commercial work, sometimes we take on residential.

We are looking for a well rounded individual.

That can work by themselves or with a large crew efficiently.

Must be comfortable at times directing a job and prioritizing work.

Keep a job on schedule.

Keep a job on track with internal bid hours.

Taking pictures as needed.

Reporting on job progress as needed.

Ideal candidate will have skill in light gauge metal framing, drywall, finishing, ACT, door hardware, and painting.

Wood framing experience is a plus.

Finish trim carpentry experience is a plus.

Masonry/Concrete experience is a plus.

Pretty much a general know-how in a variety of trades.

Should be willing to grow and learn new trades.

All of our contracts have to adhere to strict deadlines.

We have to be efficient while upholding highest level of quality of work.

Our reputation is everything.

Full time 7:00am - 3:30pm. Monday thru Friday (95% of the time)

We typically stay local within a 60 mile radius of Syracuse, NY (95% of the time)

We keep people employed all year round if you are good.

Must have own transportation.

Must have valid drivers license.

Must have cell phone.

Must have your own general tools.

Must be reliable.
