Kelly Services is seeking a clerk to assist with administrative and covid related job duties.Job Description:This position will be helping with COVID-19 call out and clerical tasks.
Calling employees who are reported to be symptomatic or close contacts
Complete close contact tracing for positive employees
Complete Intake assessments for position employees
Identify Return to Work date
Follow up with employees who are out due to positive or close contacts
Communicate with HR and Leadership team on COVID outs
Additional tasks as identified
Requirements: Confidentiality
Friendly and positive attitude
Clerical abilities
Accuracy with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work in a fast but efficient manner
Ability to take direction regarding work habits
Details$11.30/hr
M-F
30 HRS per week, possibly more in the future
