Sr. Collections Specialist

If you are looking to apply your talents in a dynamic environment with a group of other talented individuals, apply today!ResponsibilitiesComply with all Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rules and regulations

Ensure bankruptcy filings are processed in the correct manner when received

Maintain and update customer files to sustain data integrity

Process Payments

Log all customer payments to the correct reports

Locate delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. skip-tracing, phone contact, written correspondence, and make arrangements for payment

Direct all billing and reporting activities in accordance to deadlines

Act as liaison in maintaining quality service to the customer and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries

Control inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence

RequirementsPrior experience working with accounting software

2-3 years of prior high volume collections experience

Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred

Ability to analyze customer accounts and make decisions based on those analyses

Customer service experience

Call Center Customer Service experience required

Consumer collections experience desired
