The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk. The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.The UDAAP Program Office is looking for a Compliance Officer to support the UDAAP Assessment Leader with the program components that are the key foundations of the UDAAP Assessment Team. Specifically, this individual will work closely with the UDAAP Assessment Leader to manage the programmatic tools, templates and UDAAP Assessment procedures. Specific responsibilities include:Provide effective and efficient programmatic support to the UDAAP Assessment Leader by managing special projects (and ad-hoc assignments) that ensure operational excellence of the UDAAP Assessment Team.

Manage the annual UDAAP Risk Assessment Calendar and engagement model.

Spearhead the annual risk assessment inventory, which includes interfacing with key stakeholders, systems of record, and internal partners to perform the pre-planning involved to design the UDAAP Risk Assessment Schedule.

Manage the change management process on behalf of the UDAAP Assessment Leader for the UDAAP Assessment Team.

Interface with senior UDAAP Program Office leadership, collaborate with internal partners in preparation for external and internal audit/exam requests.

Ensure program procedures, tools and templates are current and following change management.

Managing the UDAAP Assessment Team's SharePoint site and shared drive.

If you do not apply prior to the closing of this posting, we encourage you to apply for other opportunities with Wells Fargo.Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in risk management (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, business process management) or 7+ years of financial services industry experience, of which 5+ years must include direct experience in risk management

Desired QualificationsOutstanding problem solving and decision making skills

Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations

Strong presentation skills

Experience conducting meetings, presentations and status reporting

Microsoft Visio experience

Intermediate Microsoft Access skills

Experience working with the Shared Risk Platform (SHRP)

Other Desired QualificationsExcellent oral and written communication skills

Experience leading initiatives or projects that includes: detailed planning, process management, milestone achievement, collaboration, and effective documentation

Experience leading Risk focused initiatives or projects within financial services

Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives

Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Risk Management (BPRM)

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

A BS/BA degree or higher

Experience successfully developing and managing relationships

SharePoint experience
