The team enable effective operational risk management and enterprise-wide business transformation activities and enable better customer experience and efficient, effective, and customer-centric Wells Fargo.The individual will be responsible for seamless execution of program and operational deliverables within BPM, Process Definition space by:Liaison with assigned business domain to drive continuing maturation of Enterprise Process Definition Practice in conjunction with key business disciplines including but not limited to the management of Operational Risk, Compliance, Legal Entities, Third Parties, New Business Initiatives, Projects, Issues, Applications, End User Computing Tools, and Data.

Facilitate or contribute to the functional decomposition of a business area into its own process components.

Identify process interdependencies, as well as process to non-process interdependencies, such as information and technology, and systems or solutions.

Evaluate strategic and tactical business needs required to support key business goals and establish process development priorities.

Evaluate short-term business needs required to support key business goals and establish process development priorities.

Understand the existing process architecture landscape for the Business Group or Enterprise Function

Prepares all inventory materials for review/approval sessions with Business Group and Enterprise Function leaders.

Onboarding LOB on to Enterprise Process Repository, including folder structure, objects, operating taxonomy, and process decomposition model

Maintain the review and inventory / model approval process, on-going maintenance, and attestation workflow for the line of business to maintain processes in the Enterprise Process Repository

Works with Process Owner and other stakeholders on the high-level definition of processes and their linkages to the various elements of the enterprise (process, risk, control, application etc.)

Responsible for decomposing large complex functions & business areas into logical process hierarchy/ taxonomy

Responsible for translating between APQC reference and Wells Fargo operating architecture

Responsible for connecting upstream and downstream processes within the Business Group or Enterprise Function

Liaison with subject matter experts and business process owners to understand and document the business processes

Work with offshore and onshore resources, SME's and Process Owners to complete the process documentation according to enterprise modeling standards

Identify relationship with enterprise objects such as risk, controls, applications within the processes and document them within the Enterprise Process Repository

Manage the overall sprint delivery around process documentation, review, approval and handover to the BPM Group Office Librarian

Responsible for maintaining Kanban dashboard

Responsible for any sprint level reporting to the leadership (sprint velocity, Sprint team allocation/ utilization etc.)

Oversee business process modeling across domain, product, segment & channel silos

Analyze and document dependencies between new business processes and existing customized business processes for the Business Group or Enterprise Function

Negotiate away channel and product variances when necessary to increase reusability of the solution

Act as consultant to Business and Technology partners regarding process documentation and improvement

Work with Group Process Librarian to establish and participate in process governance

Understands and drives process asset reuse

Align incoming process modeling requests to the reference architectures

Once requirements and rules have been elicited, document traceability to reference frameworks

Identify and provide process taxonomy expertise to normalize the process levels in the taxonomy

Guiding business partners and project participants on process modeling standards and best practices

Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: process engineering, military (supply chain, analytics and/or engineering); or LEAN/Six Sigma Black belt and 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: process engineering, military (supply chain, analytics or engineering)

Desired QualificationsBS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, engineering, or physics

Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) software such as iGrafx

Knowledge and understanding of Statistical Analysis software such as Minitab

Facilitation skills such as Helix

Change Management skills such as Prosci/ADKAR

Knowledge and understanding of Rapid Process Automation software such as Blue Prism

LEAN/Six Sigma certification or Wells Fargo business process management endorsement

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

Strong collaboration and partnering skills

iGrafx, ProVision or other enterprise process modeling experience

Ability to present complex concepts to senior management

Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment

Other Desired QualificationsExperience in current state process modeling, process re-engineering and future state workflow modeling

Strong understanding of financial controls and risk

Excellent analytical, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills

Ability to work effectively with senior management (SVP, EVP's)

Strong leadership skills and experience with the ability to coach, manage, lead professionals

Familiarization with Agile tools like JIRA, CA Rally

Demonstrated ability leading Kaizen events or other rapid process improvement methodologies
