The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a liaison between business and IT, which includes collaborating with both infrastructure and development teams, meeting with other business departments as well as stakeholders, and delivering to project deadlines. The right fit will have strong customer service focus, a positive attitude, possess strong influencing and communication skills, as well as possess a sense of urgency and resolve technical issues.
