Description Robert Half Technology has an exciting opportunity for a Network Administrator. To excel in this position, you should be a results-oriented problem solver who is passionate about establishing and sustaining a stable network infrastructure. You will develop, administer, and maintain the network infrastructure to support the business by ensuring security, integrity and high-availability of enterprise systems and related components. You will work with software, hardware, network security programs, and data storage systems that change frequently. Your dedication to ongoing education is critical to staying current and fully informed. This Network Administrator position is a long-term temporary-to-full-time role and is located in the Hampton, New Hampshire, region.Your responsibilities- Administering the operation of services related to all local area and wide area networks, following company policies and procedures- Troubleshooting and resolving issues regarding local area networks / wide area network, including performance and connectivity problems- Organizing and executing upgrades to network software and hardware- Administering LAN/WAN security, antivirus and spam control measures Requirements - SonicWall experience- Cisco ASA experience- Demonstrated knowledge of Firewall Technologies- Cisco Certification experience- Practical knowledge of OSPF- Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) experience highly preferred- Background working with SolarWinds- Experience with Firewall- Adeptness in Firewall Configuration- General familiarity with network design- Cisco Access Points experience preferred- 5+ years relevant experience- Proficiency with network protocols, software and hardware involved in LAN/WAN operations- Understanding of production environments and being on-call- Highly capable of troubleshooting, analyzing and diagnosing issues Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with some of the best companies on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
