QUINNOX is seeking a detail oriented, intelligent and motivated management executive with extensive management experience and exceptionally strong background in Large Scale Service Delivery, Program Management, Operational excellence and IT Managed Services. You will serve as a core member for the team working closely with the high performing development team to quickly and effectively identify, develop and implement vision, strategies and operational tactics necessary to evolve organizations to the next business level. The primary responsibility will be to integrate the needs of the projects as well as the needs of several different stakeholders to produce an overall solution. Solid background in Program Governance, Portfolio management balanced with proven skills in Customer Relationship management, Service Delivery, Leadership and Strategic Process Improvement. The ideal candidate is someone with diverse Global Experience and with Fortune 500 Companies like Infrastructure, Media Industry, Financial & Insurance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Energy and Transportation, IT Solutions Domain. The prospective candidate shall have extensive experience in managing portfolio of projects, leading cross-functional teams on business critical needs, and guide the delivery team to ensure successful execution for the respective account in all phases of the project life cycle, including program and vendor management capabilities. An effective Team Leader and efficient communicator, combining coordination, interpersonal and mentoring skills with analytical and leadership capabilities to enhance organizational objectives. Qualities you possess / Qualifications: - 8 Years of executive experience in Account Management, Delivery leadership and Operations. - Take ownership to grow revenue at existing key accounts and mine new accounts and customers.- Successful track record in delivery excellence, client satisfaction, revenue growth, and developing technology solutions. - Extensive Account Management experience in growing large strategic engagements, Vendor management and delivery management in an Onsite / Offshore model.- Delivering service that meets SLA and delight the customer (KPI: SLA achieved & high customer satisfaction).- User-centric delivery, firmly believes in putting the customer experience first as part of Service Operations.- Driving incremental sales for IT Application Services by leveraging new products and offerings.- Working closely with regional and global account executives for overall growth of account by managing client stakeholder relationships from IT & Business; considered to be a trusted partner.- Provide guidance for establishing service management focus towards incident, problem and change management processes resulting in continual service improvement and enabling good practices management.- Providing regular status reporting to ensure that our client, stakeholders and leadership are all informed and aware of the current state of a given project.- Understand, articulate, negotiate and establish scope of work for delivery excellence. Desired Knowledge: - Analyze and evaluate critical success factors & key performance indicators of service delivery.- Achieving productivity improvements, transforming and growing the business.- Part of key leadership that is responsible for account planning, forecast and growth.
