Sr. Project ManagerTroy, MichiganLong Term Description of Skills & Responsibilities:Exciting opportunity for a Project Delivery Analyst to join at the ground floor of an enterprise class IT project that will replace the Commercial lending platform . This creative and energetic team will drive business and technology transformation to deliver next generation Commercial lending capabilities. The Team is being mobilized to participate at the beginning of the planning phase and will contribute through requirements, design, build, test and deployment phases.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in project management experience or related project delivery
- Responsible to lead key aspects of the day to day execution of the enterprise class IT project while ensuring project objectives and strategic goals are met
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate to create a detailed work plan which identifies project deliverables, milestones, required tasks and assignment of duties and responsibilities.
- Monitor and manage project risks, develop contingency plans and identify trigger events; take corrective actions when necessary, renegotiating scope and constraints if required, escalate when appropriate and coordinate issue resolution
- Plan and facilitate regular team meetings to review current progress, issues, issues and risks
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and able to communicate clearly and credibly at all levels of the organization
- Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including execution of root cause analysis of systems and data issues
- Proven history of successful conflict resolution that maintains a positive and open environment
- Understanding of testing concepts through the software development lifecycle (unit, performance, regression) and capability to write test cases and test plans
- Experience in Financial services industry and Commercial lending domain
- Experience with AFS level III is a plus
- Experience with JIRA and Clarity
- PMP Certification is a plus
