- Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Discipline or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years Information Technology
- 5+ years software engineering, preferably in mobile development
- Android App Development experience in Java and/or Kotlin
- Experience using Git
- Experience writing Unit and/or UI tests for Android applications
- A passion for software engineering and development and the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and manage time effectively
- Proven written and oral communication skills
- Experience using Rx in Android applications
- Experience with CI tools like Jenkins and Travis
- iOS App Development experience
- Work closely with UX/UI Designer to design and develop clean and intuitive UI components
- Work with our server team to develop REST APIs to help implement or improve features
- Work in an agile team environment, collaborating with all team members to produce high quality user interfaces
- Be proactive in finding and solving problems before they arise
- Collaborate with product development team to plan new features and participate in planning and scoping meetings for future projects
- Clarify requirements with product owners and work to build consensus with other developers on technical implementation details of a feature
- Foster consistent and clear lines of communication with other development teams throughout development and implementation of new features
- Collaborate with clients to understand, implement and support client unique requirements
- Active participant in client facing meetings providing education, expertise and support on NCR client product and mobile technologies
- Documentation of all aspects of the work from requirements to use guides
- Provide technical guidance in software design and development activities
- Train, develop and coach other engineers
- Perform code reviews
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Direct hire - candidates must be eligible to work in the US on a W2 basis without sponsorship or visa transfer
