Application Support Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking an Application Support Specialist in Anchorage, AK.Essential Duties: Prepares end-user and IT related documentation; development of IT's standard operating procedures Coordinates efforts on site with and reports results to government manager Acts as a systems resource for all end-users and IT SLA Implement and conduct responsive methodology for enterprise support and maintenance Regularly prepares market research for technical products and services Providing business analyses to better define opportunities for new or improved business solutions by keeping abreast of new developments in the broad field of information technology with a view to evaluating and recommending their possible application to OIG operationsREQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated hands-on experience in IT service management and enterprise applications support within a Microsoft environment Experience working in a Windows environment with Windows Server 2012 and 2016 Experience working Windows HyperV and VMWare ESX Experience working with and supporting complete lifecycle for multi-tier COTS and GOTS applicationsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
