IT Technical Lead

Job Title: IT Technical Lead Experience Level: 5-10 years Description

• 7 years of experience working on large scale Enterprise IT projects in Technical roles and software development
• Lead technical workstreams that integrate IT systems via batch processing and real-time API's with external services
• Proven understanding of web service APIs (REST, SOAP) and XML
• Ability to create scripts in Powershell, Python, Perl or other language
• Experienced in data modeling, entity relationship diagrams
• Authoring of structured query language (SQL) scripts
• Strong ability to think through workflows and the characteristics that make each workflow different to re-engineer processes for efficiency
• Strong experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall
• Data Warehouse integration, data mapping and design for batch interfaces via ETL
• Understanding of testing concepts through the software development lifecycle (unit, performance, regression) and capability to write test cases and test plans
• Excellent communicator - Ability to communicate verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Execute root cause analysis of systems and data issues
• Excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Preferred: o Experience in Financial services industry and Commercial lending domain o Experience with JIRA
