- 2/3 implementations, allowing them to understand design/integration aspects.
- Support experience is a "nice-to-have"
- Certified in Employee Central (EC)
- Worked with Global Benefits, Position Management and the integration of EC with RCM
- Knowledge of Time Off is a "nice-to-have"
- Be able to design, from a functional perspective, FOs, Custom Objects, Custom Portlets
- Expertise in writing Business Rules, creating Workflows
- Worked on integration of EC with other SF modules
- RCM (Recruiting) is a primary skill and key for this client
- Recruiting key skills include:
- Recruiting Cert would be a plus, but experience is required
- Custom templates
- Route maps
- Integration - Built-in and with 3rd parties
- Experience with Interview Scheduling/Interview Central is a "good-to-have"
