  • As a PLM System Support Analyst II, the beneficiary will be required to effectively communicate with the customer to understand their requirements and provide solution via online ticketing systems /email / phone / web session.
  • The beneficiary will be required to install application code, service pack, hot fix, license manager etc. as per client requirements, check hardware and software compatibility as per given specification by principal software OEM for effective performance of application.
  • The beneficiary will be required to provide training to customer base for given modules of PLM applications effectively and set up methodologies for the users.
  • The beneficiary will be required to debug the source code for any issues reported and resolve the same.
  • The beneficiary will be required to participate in software release cycle like block point releases.
  • The beneficiary will be required to adhere to SLA’s for response and reaction time of tickets.
  • The beneficiary will be required to develop self-skills on new modules as specified by team lead and stick to timelines for internal demonstration.
  • The beneficiary will be required to identify new business opportunities and work with team lead to close new contracts.
  • The beneficiary will be required to educate the new members in the team (where required), capture new learning’s and documents them to share with the team. The beneficiary will be required to generate and submit ideas; provide ideas to improve project related activities and the product.
  • The beneficiary will be required to roll out initiatives, marketing campaigns and support other regions on technical requirements.
  • As a PLM System Support Analyst II, the beneficiary will be required to perform requirements analysis is the process of documenting, tracing, prioritizing and agreeing on requirements and then controlling change and communicating to relevant stakeholders.
  • Requirement Management also includes collection of the specification from the client and converting it into the Requirement.
  • The beneficiary will be required to design and develop application architecture.
  • The beneficiary will be required to support the change process in systems engineering, including: the process of requesting, determining attainability, planning, implementing, and evaluating of changes to a system.
