Senior Penetration Security Tester with Development background

A bit of a twist with this requirement is they want someone who has a strong OOP/OOD background. They are looking for someone who can not only uncover the security vulnerability, but who can also write the code/patch to defend against it. The client does use burp suite and Zed Proxy, but they are open to experience with any penetration testing tool. The main focus is to be a strong Penetration Tester with a development background, preferably on Java. MUST have at least somewhat of a development background.
