SQL Developer

Compri Consulting is searching for a

• Work closely with a variety of stakeholders; ranging from timeline-driven managers, sophisticated marketers, technical engineers, and business partners
• Use your communication skills to explain or illuminate technical concepts to non-technical business partners or team members
• Implement architecture and security designs for our Apps and databases
• Wear many hats to ensure the successfully delivery of projects
• Support SQL code (e.g. Procedures, SSIS, SSRS) not owned by Run Support
• Support the Run team with escalated troubleshooting of PROD issues
• Support the Build or Run teams with escalated debugging of code issues

• A solid computer science foundation, with an appetite for continuous learning
• Solid experience designing and build Web Apps in Java or .NET
• Solid experience writing and tuning SQL code
• Solid experience administering, building, and supporting SSIS packages
• Solid experience administering, building, and supporting SSRS reports
• Experience building/supporting SSAS tabular, and multidimensional models
• Experience building/supporting Power BI datasets, visualizations, and reports
• Experience administering, and supporting SQL DBs
• Experience building and supporting Master Data Services
• Exposure to designing or building micro services
• The ability to work interchangeably on Waterfall or Agile projects
• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Exposure to Dev Ops practices like continuous integration, continuous delivery, continuous deployment, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Exposure to cloud patterns (AWS or Azure): IaaS, PaaS, and Serverless
• Exposure with Diagrams as Code (DaC) – PlantUML or similar
