Genesis10 is currently seeking a MES Specialist III with our client in their Maumelle, AR location. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Description: Seeking a MES Specialist III

Requirements:
  • No safety violations resulting in action
  • Thorough knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems.
  • Possess or demonstrate advanced ability in Microsoft Products:
    • Excel
    • PowerPoint and Word
    • OneDrive
    • SharePoint
    • Teams/Skype for Business
  • Possess or demonstrate ability in MS Access
  • Possess or demonstrate ability to learn SharePoint Design
  • Ability to perform software training and create documentation for technical processes
  • Ability to identify and solve computer hardware/software problems.
  • Be available by phone to respond to call-ins for service.
  • Effective oral and written communication, interpersonal, and record keeping skills
  • Experience with general Android and iOS support.
  • Basic network communications knowledge
    • Experience with Fiber Optic and Ethernet cables
    • Understanding Network Design
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
