What will you bring The successful candidate will possess a background with: - Prior IT Staffing experience
- Strong sourcing skills using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Dice, ATS databases)
- Experience working in a metrics driven environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with candidates
- Organization- be able to effectively plan your day and week, updating Genesis10 systems in a timely manner
- Experience with Job Diva is a plus
