• Our client is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and polished project coordinator to support the program management team at their enterprise lab facility that focuses on research & development, strategic initiatives, proof of concept, and intake processes.
• The team works cross functionally with a multitude of key stakeholders on new products, feature enhancements, and strategic initiatives. The environment is blended with agile and waterfall methodologies, and projects are both hardware and software based.
• In this role the person would manage customer premise equipment (CPE) certifications, facilitate meetings, produce and send out meeting minutes, following up on issues that arise during certifications, working directly with the vendors and the engineers, and make sure all issues have been resolved prior to handing off the certification to our operations team.
• Jira is used extensively for ticket creation, and managing certifications including the vendor issue tickets.
• Product management and upper level management will be included during certain certifications depending on their priority.
• The team also works work in Chalk/Confluence for tracking of bugs, and certifications statuses. The certification team plays an integral part for the department to make sure the equipment that the company places in people's homes works as expected which reduces customer complaints and truck rolls for service calls.
