Consultant - Sensing and Scanning Today's disruptive environment calls for a different mindset and a new approach to driving organizational performance. As a result, the HR Technology and Provider market is over $150 Billion and projected to continue to grow. The market investment and innovation leads to a vibrant ecosystem of providers that is constantly evolving. Human Capital as a Service is seeking a consultant to lead our Sensing and Scanning efforts. We need someone that is passionate about HR Technology, can synthesize different provider product solutions into our product taxonomy, and begin to build relationships with the firms. Work you'll do • You will live and breathe the HR Technology and Provider Community • Develop market landscapes of key and emerging product categories• Maintain the Ecosystem Relationship Management (ERM) platform Basic Qualifications: • 1+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience • Detail Orientation • Travel up to 80% (While 80% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree• Understanding of the basics Private Equity and VC investing• Understanding of HR Technology About Deloitte Consulting's Human Capital as a Service Human Capital as a Service (HCAS) is focused on developing and delivering a Human Capital Platform of products and research, enabling digital organization and helping clients improve their performance and better adapt to disruption in their business.
