PMO Analyst Our Operations Transformation team focuses on transforming our clients' core business operations. We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions focused on "heart of the business" issues across federal, state, and local government organizations. We are looking for professionals who will use their deep sector knowledge and program management skills to work alongside our clients to bring best practices and manage their most important initiatives and projects. Work you'll do The Candidate will serve as a daily operational representative to the team, providing support directly to the client and with the Deloitte team in program management, knowledge management capture, process improvement, customer service, and communications to include writing and briefing preparation and potentially presentation delivery. The Candidate will have the opportunity to provide direct client-facing support to the Director and Deputy as well as client work stream leads. The team Operations Transformation Our Operations Transformation team focuses on transforming our clients' core business operations. We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions focused on "heart of the business" issues in specific sectors including Health Care, Banking & Securities, Insurance, and Energy & Resources. The type of work we provide to our clients includes Operations Excellence, Payment & Care Model Innovation and Emerging Business Models. Our clients seek a fresh perspective on how to create a flexible, innovative business model supported by a strong operations foundation. Professionals will use their deep sector knowledge and technical business operations consulting experience to take a more strategic view of our clients' priorities, helping them to prepare for growth, embrace the digital agenda and maximize operational efficiency. Required Qualifications

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must have a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in project management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong core consulting skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, client management, writing, time management and organizational skills, analysis, and presentation (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include the ability the streamline information, edit documents, and present information concisely and clearly
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to various audiences to drive decision-making
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo through process and technological improvements
  • Experience in documenting processes
  • Experience identifying opportunities to improve processes and developing implementation plans
  • Experience creating SOPs
  • Experience managing internal risk
  • Ability to work seamlessly across teams, including peers, leaders, and client
  • Experience & familiarity with project management principles
  • Experience with analytics and data visualization
