Stefanini is hiring! Stefanini is looking for a Feature Architect, who will help our client implement, expand and maintain various connected vehicle feature enablers and connected services. This position will be a key member of the Architecture team, and will share architecture, design, and support responsibilities within the team. The ESA works with all teams to understand project timelines and project requirements; align projects to solutions, technologies, and standards; document solutions; and review implementations to validate the proper and timely implementation has been completed. The ESA approaches this work with a focus on execution, delivery, and total cost of ownership. Responsibilities: Understanding the business strategy and defining systems architecture to support that strategy. Contributing to overall architecture and design, working closely with enterprise architects Working with Quality Assurance and developers to ensure software builds meet system, functional and performance requirements and adhere to corporate policies such as security and privacy Researching, analyzing, and evaluating service delivery methods and techniques. Identifying and evaluating platforms and technologies to meet business needs Systems architecture, System design, implementation and ongoing administration, Translating business needs into Enterprise application requirements Developing artifacts such as Entity Relationship Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, User Stories, Use Cases, Swim Lanes. Partnering with Delivery lead to develop a delivery schedule and drive solution delivery according to plan Project Roadmap: Document and update multi-year project roadmaps, in conjunction with ADM and CTO Teams Provide high-level alignment of upcoming projects to standard technologies and solutions Highlight key and impactful projects on the roadmap and communicate to CTO teams Highlight key new technologies from the Roadmap and work with requesting group and Enterprise Architecture to obtain approvals for technologies in a timely manner Work/ with CTO Management to identify possible resource and delivery constraints, based on documented Project Roadmap Architect Solution: Consult with CTO teams to identify solutions for projects Document the infrastructure architecture for projects Present the proposed infrastructure architecture to CTO Teams; validates/modifies the architecture, as required, to obtain approval and support Assist Server Architecture team in obtaining project estimates Document the detailed configuration of architecture elements Build Infrastructure: Review updates regarding the build of infrastructure for projects Modify project documentation, if required Drive conclusion of requested infrastructure technology changes, if required Consult with the requesting team to validate the build of the infrastructure Operate Infrastructure: Assist the Server Architecture team in planning server lease refreshes Highlight technologies that prevent the ability to perform lease refreshes and attempt to resolve issues Consuls with CTO teams to recommend modifications to the system architectures Consult with the owning teams to improve operational delivery and costs for application environments Update environment architecture documentation for any updates 5-10 years years of leadership responsibility in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders. Understands infrastructure architecture, including servers, SAN, networking, database and middleware (including on-premise as well as AWS and Azure Cloud environments) Understanding of application and database development and methodologies Strong knowledge of requirements gathering techniques Experience in developing artifacts such as Entity Relation Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, User Stories, Use Cases, Swim Lanes, etc. Demonstrated leadership and initiative with the ability to collaborate with the global team to creatively solve complex problems Experienced with integrating complex multi-systems solutions and with Cloud, iOT platforms Experience with evaluating systems designs, API design and development practices Troubleshooting / Root cause analysis experience Ability to indirectly lead a cross-functional team towards a common solution Ability to work within an offshore application development supplier engagement model Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn complex business processes Strong multi-tasking capabilities in a cross-functional setting Excellent problem solving and communication skills both oral and written Ability to interact with business partners and service providers at multiple levels Ability to hold themselves and others accountable for resolving issues and maintaining project timelines Skills & Experience Preferred: Experience working in Connected Features Design or Development Exposure to AGILE, DEVOPS & ITIL concepts Experience in managing DFMEA's, vehicle CAN Bus and logging tools is a plus Required: Bachelor's degree in a related is required.
