Honda of Bellingham is looking for an experienced, full-time car biller/ title clerk with a strong office background. The successful candidate needs to be extremely detail orientated, concerned with quality control and compliance, and enjoy the challenges of working in a fun, fast-paced team environment.
Main duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Examine sales/car deal contracts to assure conformity to specified requirements
Verifies all documents are signed and completed properly before sending to the bank
Processes paperwork on a timely basis
Posts vehicle sales transactions to accounting books
Issues checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions
Reconciles monthly schedules
Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department
Prepare trade-in vehicle jackets and ensure title is obtained
Ensure that name and address files are updated on an ongoing basis
Perform other tasks as assigned
Timely submission of DOL paperwork
Reconciliation of accounting against sales reports
Hours are:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
