We currently have immediate openings for full time and part LVNs in our Residential program. Shifts are 5:30a-2p, 2:30-11p or 1:30-9:30p. We are offering a $1000 signing bonus to full time LVNs hired before December 15th!

We are not a skilled nursing facility! Mountain Shadows is a group of individual homes in Escondido and San Marcos. We pride ourselves on keeping our residents and employees safe by providing extensive COVID-19 awareness training, personal protective equipment and implementation of comprehensive disinfection procedures on all shifts. We have no residents who are positive for COVID-19!

Unlike many skilled nursing or long term care facilities, we believe in assigning a manageable caseload which allows the LVN to provide individualized healthcare services in a comfortable, loving environment. You will be allowed the time to give each person the attention they deserve.
