RV Solutions is seeking a Service Receptionist to join our team.
Key Duties:
-Receptionist (answer all incoming Parts & Service calls)
-Scheduling of service work
-Making appointment confirmation calls
-Reviewing Repair Orders
-Assist in ensuring follow up work is rescheduled.
-Some basic admin duties: filing completed ROs, running standard reports, etc.
Qualifications:
-Previous Experience successfully performing similar duties.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills are very important for this position.
-Experience with various software systems, preferably within the dealership industry.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a pleasant demeanor with customers and co-workers.
-Energetic and positive attitude
