APARTMENT MANAGER

Apartment Manager wanted for a large apartment community in Escondido, CA. Full-time position with paid sick and vacation, medical benefit after 90 days, and monthly bonus opportunity.

As a Property Manager some of your duties will include:

Monitoring the occupancy levels of the portfolio and manage onsite staff to meet the owner’s objectives

Maintaining positive Owner relations

Assisting Owners with individual requests/requirements in a timely manner

Resolve resident concerns/issues and provide the highest level of service.

Rent collections, three day notices, eviction process (including attending court hearings)

Overseeing and creating advertising and marketing plans

Unit inspections, and managing the turnover process

Property inspections and reports

Take leasing calls, show properties and oversee the application process

Oversee and issue maintenance requests

Maintain and create resident files, resident letters, etc.

Perform market survey studies

Perform weekly property report

Perform daily property report

Be on call and oversee all after hour maintenance emergency

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, self-motivated, able to work independently and have the following qualifications:

Excellent communication skills and a team player

Strong grammar and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task between office duties, property inspections, leasing showings and handle multiple

tasks simultaneously

Minimum 2 years apartment manager service

Proven Supervisory Skills

Must be proficient in MS Office with strong Word and Excel Skills

Strong Knowledge of California Landlord Tenant Law

Knowledge of YARDI GENESIS software a plus

Must be able to live on site

Mandatory to work weekend
