LEASING AGENT

Leasing Agent wanted for a large apartment community in Escondido, CA. Full-time position with paid sick and vacation, medical benefit after 90 days, and monthly bonus opportunity.

As a Leasing Agent some of your duties will include:

Market the community and tour the property with potential new renters

Answer and return phone calls, schedule appointments and showings

Tenant relations

Process applications, follow up with applicants, and lease apartments

Handle all administrative duties including paperwork, leases, applications, move-ins,

renewals etc.

Assists manager with other needs as required

Positive attitude that also comes through with his/her phone voice

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, self-motivated, able to work independently and have the following qualifications:

1+ years Administrative/Customer Service or Sales experience

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

High-school diploma or equivalent

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong time management, follow-up and organizational skills

Working knowledge or ability to learn property management software (YARDI GENESIS)

Highly motivated, service oriented, self-starter

Available to work on weekends
