SB & Carpinteria CA These are Permanent PositionsWell known and reputable Property Management Company is hiring for Apartment Service Technicians Full-Time in Santa Barbara & Carpinteria areas to provide building maintenance for a 200 unit, multi-family community.This is a Perm job opportunity with great benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance) and 401K with a employer match, 2 weeks paid vacation, 10 Paid Holidays and Sick Time.The position offers a pay-rate of $20.00 - $23.00 an hour to start.Positions offers Quarterly Bonuses depending of Performance and a 20% Reduction in rent if you want to live on-site!Company vehicle is provided while working and if you use your own vehicle mileage is reimbursed.A clean DMV record and valid driver's license is required.Requirements:Excellent communication and customer service skillsIntermediate to advanced knowledge of apartment building maintenance!Appliance repair/installation of refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves and moreHVAC skills. Experience with wall and hydronic heating systems a plusPlumbing skills including work with showers, drains, dishwashers and sink and toilet replacementElectrical skills including work with breakers, fixtures, outlets, and exterior pagoda lightsExperience with apartment make-ready processOrganizational talent the ability to multi-taskUniforms are providedReliable vehicle required. Mileage paid when used on work assignmentsPersonal tools preferredThis is a full-time position, Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m. The position also requires participation in our after-hours emergency on-call weekly rotation program, which includes Saturday and Sunday, with a response time of 30-45 minutes.In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
