As part of our rapidly expandingProfessional Services Practice, we are looking for exceptional Customer Engagement Director responsible for drivingmore revenue from existing accounts by up-selling and cross selling. The ideal candidate is one with sales aptitude, relationship building skills, technical bent of mind and a consultative sales approach.

Remote working option: Texas, Illinois, Minnesota, Central US states are acceptable.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage customersto build and maintain excellent relationship.
  • Ultimate responsibility for overall customer’s entire experience, satisfaction and ongoing-growth.
  • Develop and/or expand relationships within existing customer base.
  • Identify & create new sales opportunities and manage complex sales cycle.
  • Understand the needs, requirements and/or pain points of the customer and propose potential solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful enterprise software sales or account management experience in services organization.
  • Have a knowledge of the Microsoft cloud: Azure, data lakes, IOT, analytics, cognitive, and AI/ML.
  • Ability to develop executive level (CxO) relationships, and lead strategic initiatives with customer, and present value proposition to C-level executives
  • Experience in generating pipeline to grow wallet share at customers, and revenue forecasts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiations and strategic thinking skills
  • Engineering degree or MBA preferred.
