Quality Operator

Description

Line operator responsible for material management as well as quality control. Job Responsibilities

Must be able to scan, order, and return materials to the line, load corrugate, caps, and glue in the machines as needed, monitor and operate unscrambling or casepacker equipment to equipment stops, clear minor jams, execute CILs for area, perform 15 minute quality checks versus TAMU standards, clean and inspect the end of line equipment for defects on the case codedating and checkweigher systems, and assist with changeovers

HS Diploma or GED Manufacturing experience/skills Inventory control/material management/data entry skills preferred High attention to detail Multi tasking Able to lift up to 50 pounds Standing 8 hours
