DescriptionRobert Half Technology has a client located in Arlington, seeking a Service Desk Analyst. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 - 5 years of triage technical support experience If you are a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for working in an innovative environment, you will thrive in this position. This Service Desk Analyst position, which is a contract to full-time opportunity, will train onsite then transition to remote work. Provide phone, webchat, and in-person support to end users and external vendors on a variety of Information Technology related issues; 90% of the support will be via phone, basic access/minimal support to external vendors Research and resolve basic network (VPN, Cisco routers), hardware, and software application problems Administer user accounts for Active Directory and other applications Manage file server permissions (FTP)IF YOU'RE INTERESTED PLEASE SEND AN UPDATED RESUME TO JALEN.BROWN@RHT.COMRequirementsMicrosoft Office 365 experience

Windows 10 support

Manage file server permissions (FTP)

Active Directory experience: create/delete users, password resets etc.

Remote software: Bomgar, TeamViewer, or similar toolsTroubleshoot VPN issues: Cisco AnyConnect
