This individual contributor will be responsible for input into the creation of information security strategy to appropriately adhere to GLBA 501(b) requirements.ResponsibilitiesServe as an instrumental teammate aligned to ICS GLBA 501(b) issue management

Ensure adherence across enterprise to GLBA 501(b) security requirements

Influence GLBA 501(b) strategy and compliance with that strategy

Ensure commitments are executed on and closed timely and effectively

Provide input to regulatory responses to GLBA 501(b) deliverables

Desired QualificationsExperience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business

Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management

Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally

Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders

Experience navigating through ambiguity

Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships

Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change

Excellent interpersonal skills, including those related to conflict resolution

Quantitative or qualitative data analysis experience

Other Desired QualificationsFinance sector security experience or other regulated industry (e.g. utilities, health care, government)

Security certification
