  • Windows Server 2008/2016, Windows 7/10, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, Group Policy, Active Directory with 5+ years of production experience
  • Cisco Routers/Switches/Wireless including Meraki and console with 3-4 years of experience, Aruba switching and wireless experience helpful
  • Citrix XenApp and Remote Desktop experience with 3-4 years of production experience
  • VMware, SAN/NAS with 3-5 years of production experience
  • RightFax, ShoreTel, Microsoft Visio and batch/command/Power shell scripting experience helpful
  • Management of Veeam backups with ExaGrid backup storage with replication
  • Network troubleshooting skills, ability assisting coworkers in the field resolving connectivity issues
  • Firewall and VPN with 3+ year of experience
  • Problem Solving, Strategic Planning, Mathematical Skills, and Reasoning Ability
  • Good Communication and Organizational Skills
  • Occasional overnight travel
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) preferred, not required.Network Administrator

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitors and administers the WAN/LAN (SD-WAN) network and server environments ensuring uptime and maintaining documentation.
  • Updates operating systems and software as required, during predefined maintenance windows.
  • Manages memory usage of the server and network resources, SAN storage systems, network printing, and network technical resources.
  • Establishes and maintains enterprise users, user environment, directories, and security.
  • Responds to the needs and questions of network users concerning their access to resources on the network and the operation of various software programs.
  • Escalation point for the IT help desk and field services team for network and server related issues.
  • Remains abreast of changes in user and system software and hardware requirements.
  • Maintains a backup of all files, security, and rights.
  • Occasional travel to centers to work on networking and other infrastructure.
  • Patriciates in on call rotation for afterhours support of network, phone system, and server infrastructure issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.
