Job DescriptionE2 is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Analytics Program Manager to join our team and partner with our client to design, develop, and implement highly functional and scalable data analytics solutions. This position will lead a growing E2 team and will report directly to our client’s Supply Chain department.

Core ResponsibilitiesThe Data Analytics Program Manager will support the full-scale development of the department’s data systems including automation, modeling, machine learning, and business intelligence tools. This position will be responsible for assessing the current state of the department’s IT/analytics framework and designing a roadmap to achieve the optimized, future state framework. The Program Manager will build out a high-performing team and deliver on the department’s key objectives and timelines. Requirements

Requirements
  • BS degree in a technical field, MS/MBA considered a plus.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in data analytics or IT services.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivots, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, large record sets.
  • Experience with developing automated reports and dashboards utilizing data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with database design, data warehousing, data integration, ETL.
  • Experience with large datasets, querying, data wrangling, and coding (SQL, R, Python, VBA).
  • Knowledge and/or experience in machine learning and predictive analytics (Deep Learning, Python, R, Neural Networks, applied Data Science) a strong plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to lead.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight timelines.
  • Able to present complex ideas and/or problems in a simple and organized way.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence peers/management.
