Software Engineer

Stefanini Group is looking for a Software Engineer in Michigan! Position Description: This is a Software Engineer Position for our clients's engineering team that designs and develops REST microservices and other software applications using Java spring boot Provide application design and architecture leadership on microservices Write code and unit tests, automation, and conduct code reviews all while pair programming Work with team members to establish best practices to maximize efficiency and minimize risk. Interact and work closely with product manager to devise solutions and break them down into incremental production-ready user stories Identify exciting opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges Grow technical capabilities / expertise and provide guidance to other members on the team Skills Required: Java Spring boot Rest Microservices PCF or AWS Experience Preferred: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Behavioral Leadership (ability to handle difficult situations and build relationships) Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
