- IT Client Account/Project Manager NY/FL Based Modern MSP
- Great opportunity for a well organized, client facing, technology savvy person
- Manage roughly 25 clients raining from 5 users to 200 users.
- Meet with CXO clients via Teams with our clients to review weekly ticket reports, KPI metrics from our CRM Connectwise and our various MSP centric toolset
- Project Manage and coordinate Cloud related projects that typically range 30 days. Work with CTO group on technical aspects.
- Discuss Office 365/Microsoft Cloud Knowledge and interest
- Keep up to date on latest technologies under the Microsoft modern workplace stack.
- Knowledge of CyberSecurity and Compliance such as NIST, SEC, FINRA
- Manage client onboarding and coordination with different vendors
- Create and maintain checklists and client presentations
- Create end user guides, FAQ's, how to
