Job DetailsShould have some of the following:Automotive background ideally with Assembly and Line Balancing experienceKaizenLean ManufacturingProcess improvementMTMLine balancing7 wastesVSM (Value stream Map) What you will be doing:
  • Project Management for internal processes as well as complete projects (f.e. new cockpit or new line) in case of capacity problems in the region
  • Layout planning and documentation in Auto CAD
  • CAPEX specification, technical follow up, steering of the installation and spare part definition (eg. tightning)
  • Planning/adjustment of the preventive and corrective maintenance plan (incl. E-Check)
  • Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECO) incl. calculation, bill of material, material planning, etc
  • Steering of model changes, pre series cars and SOP/EOP
  • Interface for technical departments of the customer for assembly process issues and technical changes
  • Coordination of necessary E-Check adjustments
  • Create, implement and review processes incl. all necessary documents (MTM, Standardized Work, MIFD, etc.) under consideration of SC-/CC-characteristics, traceability of D-parts and ergonomics aspects
  • Capacity planning via MTM and permanent adaptation according the customer takt time (KVT) and engineering or process adaptations
  • Process (assembly and logistics) and equipment FMEA
  • Applying of all standard principles of the OES (Operational Excellence System)
