Small Cell and Macro CM(5G)(2):

Location: Guadalupe, AZ Description: Our client is currently seeking a Small Cell and Macro CM(5G)(2): Manages Regional network construction of Small Cell in the ROW, site modifications, cell expansions and modernization, system upgrades, and new technology deployments. Works with outside vendors including General Contractors and Architectural & Engineering firms on project design and priorities to meet standards and build schedules. Works closely with Real Estate, Equipment Engineers, RF Engineers, and Facilities Engineers to ensure cell site construction meets coverage and capacity needs. Attends weekly planning and working sessions with critical stakeholders and Regional team to review project timelines, identify gaps in the construction schedule and adjust resources to meet turn up schedules. Maintains a detailed schedule for each project and actively manages the scheduled tasks with outside vendors including major milestones, action items, long lead purchases, and any other commitments that would impact the project schedule. Analyzes implication of changes from the original schedule and takes required corrective actions to ensure the project stays on track. Responsible for all Regulatory compliance on all tower related projects, for height, painting, and lighting requirements. Responsible for compliance with Local, State, and National building codes and permitting for all required construction projects. Coordinates and oversees the issuance of RFQs and the evaluation of responses, based on purchasing requirements, and provide detailed analysis and recommendations for the best candidates. Reviews quotes and requests purchase orders using PeopleSoft Purchasing system. Manages receipts related to the purchase orders and ensure that invoices are paid in a timely manner according to federal and state regulations. Reviews Close Out Packages and manages field based Construction Engineers and the to correct all infractions Maintains all system updates related to project milestone completions MUST HAVE SKILLS: Demonstrated management of resources, materials, and schedules to meet Network requirements Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe Pro Demonstrated budget tracking, cost estimation, and cost accounting of small to medium scale capital plans Excellent writing, interpersonal and time management skills Independent worker, strong decision maker 5+ years in wireless telecommunications, data networking, or network operations experience Results oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive, and flexible Demonstrates superior written and oral communication Proven ability to manage heavy workload, be detailed oriented, meet deadlines, and shift resources as priorities change Outstanding Organizational skills DESIRED SKILLS: Detail oriented Excellent follow through Tracks project details Excellent communication skills, particularly with email and oral communication Contact: This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
