If the answer to these questions is yes, we would like to talk with you.Work you ll doAs a Deloitte Asset Manager, you will collaborate and align with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate customer needs into world-class solutions. As the asset champion, the role assumes a team leadership position and demonstrates a consistent record of accomplishment for aligning and ensuring end-to-end organization success and readiness. The right candidate will be expected to work closely with Deloitte Human Capital Consulting and our clients and project teams to develop and deliver on a collective vision across several human capital assets. The role will collaborate with a team of business analysts and developers, setting direction on product scope and roadmap, developing and prioritizing a backlog of requirements, and working with business partners to shape requirements, priorities, and sprint/release schedules. Ultimately, this role will be responsible for shaping the product and leading the teams who will build it.Responsibilities:Be responsible for driving the vision, roadmap and requirements of a variety of human capital technology-enabled solutionsResearch, identify and monitor market problems and trendsProvide objective analysis of potential market opportunity to form a basis for investment and feature deliveryDevelop product artifacts such as product positioning, messaging, presentations, sales tools, marketing collateral, and product demonstrations for use in go-to-market effortsSupport asset pricing strategiesWork with management to help define and drive revenue forecasts and deliver revenue objectivesGather and prioritize market, customer, and internal feedback and requirements; own the roadmap and backlogServe as the product representative to customers in determining needs and communicating value propositionsWork in a collaborative and team-oriented environmentQualificationsThis position requires a highly motivated, self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently related to various aspects of the asset management role.Bachelor s degree required in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or Engineering3-5 years of experience in the development and delivery of HR-focused software solutionsExperience with HRMS SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday or other HR systemDemonstrated knowledge of scrum and agile process developmentComfortable working in a collaborative, virtual environment, providing and accepting continuous feedback and support across multiple teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Internet applicationsExcellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectivelyExcellent organizational skills must be able to multi-taskTravel up to 80% (While 80% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureAbout Deloitte Consulting s Human Capital as a ServiceHuman Capital as a Service (HCAS) is focused on developing and delivering a Human Capital Platform of products and research, enabling digital organization and helping clients improve their performance and better adapt to disruption in their business.
