You will lead and drive sales of SAP Operate engagements. Thisposition requires 40% sales and 60% delivery.Senior Managers are expectedto contribute to the firm s growth and development in a variety of ways, responsibilities will include:Engagement Management: managing engagement risk,project economics including planning and budgeting, managing accountsreceivable, defines deliverable content, ensures buy-in of proposed solutionsfrom top management levels at the client

Business Development: develops and maintains contact with top decisionmakers at key clients, organizes and leads pursuit teams, participating andleading aspects of the proposal development process, drives proposal pricingstrategy

Delivery Management: work directly with clients to ensure the qualitydelivery of services, enhance customer satisfaction, define and advanceperformance metrics (KPIs), resolving escalated conflicts, provide feedback toteam, drive continuous improvement opportunities

Practice Development & Eminence: development of solutions andmethodologies, development of "thoughtware" and"point-of-view" documents, public speaking and publication inindustry periodicals

People Development: performs role of counselor and coach, provides inputand guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates instaff recruitment and retention activities.

Adoption of leading automation technologies to improve service delivery and efficiency

QualificationsMinimum required:Minimum of 8 years of consulting or relevant industry experience

Functional/technical proficiency with SAP - SAP ECC or S/4 HANA

Strong domain knowledge and experience in at least one SAP functional area

ITIL Framework understanding and knowledge, ITIL V3 Foundations Certification or higher preferred

5-7 years' experience as a senior engagement manager or equivalent

Experience collaborating and developing client relationships, developing new opportunities with clients, and identifying engagement follow-on opportunities for continuous improvement

Project scoping, estimating and planning experience

Experience supporting the sales cycle, including but not limited to responding to Requests for Proposals, presenting at Orals, contributing to the creation of Statements of Work

Excellent Interpersonal and networking skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written

Experience across multiple industries

Bachelor s degree orequivalent required; Advanced degree preferred

Travel up to 80% (While 80% of travelis a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has beensuspended until further notice.)
