This position is our entry-level management position, which will allow you to learn our business while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores.

Ideal candidates must have:

-A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a management position or a minimum of 5 years working in the service industry or a Bachelor's degree in related fields.

-2-3 year experience in a suburban restaurant in casual style dining restaurant.

-Profound knowledge of restaurant operations preferably for both front of the house and back of the house operations.

-Willing to commute for training.

-Have a passion to teach others.

-Must be willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
