Full-time Employee - Sales Associate (Remote)
WeAdmit provides online college admissions counseling to high school students. As a rapidly-scaling VC-backed startup, we are looking for our first ambitious Sales Executive to help take our product to a wider audience. The Sales Executive will report directly to our CEO and will be responsible for scheduling meetings with prospective clients, conducting virtual demos, and closing deals. Warm leads will be provided to you!
Your Responsibilities:
Follow sales process to convert warm leads into sales meetings
Respond to objections from prospects to help influence them to meet with our sales team
Own sales process from first outreach attempt to deal closed
Majority of leads will be provided but there may be some lead generation tasks required
Share feedback and learnings with leadership to help increase conversion rate
Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging
Communicate regularly with staff and prospects through Slack, Zoom, email, phone, and text
Conduct virtual demos with prospective clients to close new business
What you bring:
1-3 years sales experience, ideally in a rapidly-growing startup environment
Entrepreneurial with a growth mindset
Flexibility and a friendly, positive demeanor
Tech savvy
Compensation and benefits:
$50k+ OTE

Flexible, remote (based in the United States)
Regular evening work is required and occasional weekends
