Medicare sales position open

Our agency Northern Ohio Insurance Partners is looking for 2 agents in the area that want to get into the Medicare business possibly for AEP and for the new season. We span three states and have 22 agents within our agency. With the niche business that we participate in you can sell all year long. We have some free leads some you can purchase. Leads are sometimes direct from major carriers or lead companies that we do business with. We have methods for obtaining clients that are no cost as well working in the community. The niche's we are going after are Veterans, Dual policies and Group polices.

Agents that follow our direction have been able to do over 100 polices in their first year and we have agents doing over 200 policies per year. The commission payouts are stable and increase every year and renewals. The commission rate per new application is 539 and renewals are 22 dollars and 50 cents per application per month.

We are looking for Veterans as well additional compensation may be paid to those willing to go captive. Many of the veterans we have brought on board have done well and grown within our agency. New agents brought on are generally writing in their first month and average anywhere between 8 to 15 policies per month outside of AEP. Managers are producing managers so they know what is happening in the field. We do not micromanage agents we teach them how to be successful. We also have a couple things many other agencies do not have like Group Medicare training and access to our National call center. You also own your business while getting trained by high producers.
