Bookkeeper Wanted (e-commerce application)

Full time position available for established e-commerce business.

Responsibilities include:

Documenting transaction details

Entering financial transactions into QuickBooks

Organizing financial reports as needed

Fact-checking accounting

Notifying senior staff of accounting errors

Manage State Sales Tax liabilities (we are an e-commerce business)

Skills and Qualifications:

Attention to detail and accuracy

Able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Ability to communicate complex data clearly

Excellent data entry skills

Great interpersonal and customer service skills

Familiarity with a wide range of financial transactions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to General Journal entries
