Software Engineer

Stefanini Group is looking for a Software Engineer in Michigan! Position Description:The Software Engineer will build a portfolio of products and will be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance and support of the product. The Software Engineer will work on a Balanced Team and collaborate with the Product Manager, Mobile developers, and Embedded developers to deliver projects and features to support future Connected Vehicle programs. Key Responsibilities: Software developer with responsibilities to Define, Design, Develop, and Deploy applications, services, and proof of concepts to support new Mobility Connected Vehicles products and features .Ensure quality, on-time delivery using agile, test driven development principles Collaborate with a balanced team of developers to deliver projects/features Span multiple environments (Vehicle, Cloud, Mobile) to support end-to-end feature delivery Skills Required:Java/.Net development experienceExperience with Cloud environments (PCF/Azure) Experience with TDD and Agile methodologies Experience with Software Development tools Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skills Experience Preferred:Open Source software experience and contributions Familiarity with other common programming/scripting languages (e.g. Python) Experience with iOS/Android/PWA Development Development experience in multiple programming environments (Mobile, Vehicle Cloud, Embedded) Education Required:BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
