Lead Windows Server Administrator
  • Seven (7) years of progressive IT experience including at least five projects in technical areas included in the Statement of Work Task Area 1 Section 4.2.a.
  • At least one project must have occurred within the past three (3) years.
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience in all aspects of Windows Server Administration is preferred.

Lead -Windows Server Administrator
  • Leads team in on-site management of installations. Performs a variety of analyses and prepares appropriate documentation.
  • Prepares and makes briefings and presentations.
  • Works independently and installs, operates, maintains, configures, troubleshoots, and repairs IT systems devices, circuits, cables, components, software, and end-user devices, components, software and connectivity.
  • Assists in the development and management of project plans.
  • This includes the review of task performance and work products for correctness, for adherence to design concepts and user requirements, and for progress in accordance with schedules.
  • Coordinates with the Vendor PM, COTRs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters
  • Monitor the Team Foundation Server (TFS) Windows Admin group located in ITSM Remedy.
  • Designate ticket assignments and maintain oversight from initiation to completion.
  • Respond to problem reports, research problems, determine cause, and recommend or initiate corrective action.
  • Complete assigned workload in DLAs service agreement window, updating tickets daily with status and reporting to Team Chief issues that would affect meeting DLAs SLA window.

Clearance: Secret & SSBI or TS

Must have one of the following Certifications. MCITP SA, MCITP EA, MCSA: WS2016, MCSE: WS2016, MCSA: WS2016, MCSM:DS, M2012 NET, MCM: Windows Server 2016: Directory, MCA: MS Windows Server Directory, CCAA, GCWN M

Security Certification(s):-

Must-Have and be Active - IAT II- CCNA Security or CySA+ or GICSP or GSEC or Security+ CE or CND or SSCP or Higher (CISSP OR CISM, Etc.)

Position is Remote but will be on site after COVID
